Since joining 37th Parallel in 2012, Don has led the company’s Investor Relations Team and capital development. He works closely with our clients to ensure fit and goal alignment between each new investor, the firm, and all new acquisitions.

Prior to joining 37th Parallel, Don worked with city and county governments across the U.S., securing hundreds of millions of dollars in competitive grant funding for housing, economic development, law enforcement, parks and recreation, and other capital projects. Don previously was an Arabic Linguist with the USAF and DoD and a commercial real estate agent in the Pacific Northwest. Don has held real estate and Series 22, 82, and 63 Securities licenses. He earned his B.A. in Liberal Arts from Hastings College in Nebraska and studied theology at San Francisco and Columbia Theological Seminaries.

Andrew has a property operations, multifamily process optimization, and construction management background. He brings institutional knowledge gained through 25 years of experience managing, repositioning, and acquiring various styles and classes of multifamily and commercial assets. He joined 37th Parallel in 2016. At 37th Parallel, Andrew provides strategic direction to our asset management team and partners with our third-party property management companies to ensure each business plan is executed to maximize investor returns.  

Before joining 37th Parallel, Andrew oversaw complex multifamily and commercial portfolios in 30+ markets nationwide for some of the country’s largest private and publicly held companies. He earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2019 and currently is the executive CPM for our AMO accreditation. Andrew graduated with bachelor’s degrees in Biology and History from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

As Director of Client Relations, Kieran and his team are directly responsible for all client onboarding, communications, and inquiries for our family of over 1200+ investors.

Kieran has 30 years of experience as a highly successful communicator, relationship manager, analyst, and coach. He joined 37th Parallel in 2011 and has held a variety of roles and responsibilities, including preliminary deal analysis and underwriting, marketing and technical support, and both internal and external training. Kieran earned a B.A. in English/Communications from LeMoyne College.

As the Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions, Doug is responsible for the acquisition sourcing, investment analysis, and deal structuring activities for 37th Parallel. Since beginning his career, Doug has completed over $1.6B in real estate transactions, including investments in office, hospitality, retail, industrial, medical office, and multifamily properties.

Prior to joining 37th Parallel, Doug worked for a multi-generational real estate private equity firm that has acquired and managed over $2B in real estate, specializing in value-add and opportunistic investments. While there, he completed direct and joint-venture investments across all major property types with some of the nation’s largest institutional investors. Doug began his career as an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at BB&T. Doug received a B.S. in Neuroscience from Washington & Lee University.

Amy is responsible for overseeing operational and fund accounting, audit, and human resources for the company. Amy also collaborates directly with third-party asset-level accounting, corporate tax, and fund management teams.  

Prior to joining 37th Parallel, Amy began her career in public accounting at Deloitte, where she provided audit services to public companies. She also worked in Corporate Accounting at The Brink’s Company. Amy has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2005. Amy graduated from the University of Richmond with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting.

Prior to joining 37th Parallel, Kara began her career in public accounting at RSM US LLP, where she provided audit services to private equity fund clients. Kara graduated from James Madison University with a B.B.A in Accounting and obtained her Master of Science in Accounting a year later. Kara has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2024.

Darci is responsible for overseeing and coordinating transactions for 37th Parallel’s acquisitions and dispositions. She has completed more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions since beginning her career in 2014. Closed transactions have included investments in office, hospitality, retail, industrial, medical office, and multifamily properties.

Prior to joining 37th Parallel, Darci worked for a full-service commercial mortgage banking firm that specialized in sourcing and structuring debt and equity ranging from $1 million to $100 million, in addition to loan servicing for developers and owners across all major property types in all markets across the US. Darci began her career in real estate with a property management firm in Richmond, Virginia, providing leasing and management services to investors in single-family and multifamily properties. She graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Public Policy and Administration.

Roman is currently a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University and will graduate with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. Prior to joining 37th Parallel, he worked as a freelance graphic designer and artist for more than five years, creating brand identities, covers, flyers, and 3D animations. He also served as an in-house designer for Ink, a student-run magazine, where he spent two years producing magazine graphics and large-scale 2D and 3D illustrations.
