The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers. But above all, the world needs dreamers who do.
Action is the crucial underpinning for any successful step in life. We can think and believe in what we want to do, but until we actually do, our thoughts constitute mere niceties for another time. It is a simple concept, but we all struggle with how to turn our goals into reality.
My philosophy is that the world is generally comprised of 3 types of personalities: 1) Doers; 2) Dreamers; and 3) Achievers. Doers tend to be very busy, active people, who execute well, but often overlook a bigger picture or fail to set long term goals that their actions support. Dreamers often excel in developing large scale goals and ideas, but fall short in taking steps necessary to support those goals. Achievers are the successful group who has realized the importance of setting short and long term goals and taking daily action steps to achieve those goals. Do they fail at times? Of course. Do they achieve goals beyond their original expectations? Absolutely!
As my wife and I began our 10/10 program with 37th Parallel, we quickly realized that 37th Parallel offers services well beyond how to analyze and evaluate real estate for the growth of your portfolio. Ed, Chad and Dan also provide training on how to transform yourself from a doer or dreamer and into an achiever who establishes detailed professional and personal goals and takes concrete steps to achieve those goals.

They teach you how to analyze and invest in real estate methodically and provide you with opportunities to purchase properties that have been vetted and are financially sound as part of the program. At every step of the way, 37th Parallel provided support for those that were new to real estate investing as well as participants who have invested for years. The 10/10 program provides a turn-key approach to building an expansive real estate portfolio that will provide cash flow immediately and create wealth in the long term.
2) Personal Development: Do not underestimate the contributions that 37th Parallel can make to your personal development. For those willing to be open to a new way of thinking, the partnership with 37th Parallel will almost certainly alter the way you approach your life. I believe that my wife’s and my decision to become part of the 37th Parallel family was a turning point in our lives, and likely the lives of our children. No one paid for us to write this entry. I volunteered to do so because we are passionate about the doors that 37th Parallel has empowered us to open. We all have the ability to become achievers, but we have to embrace any lingering fears and take action to implement our dreams.
