As I sat in my hotel room this past week overlooking the Cincinnati skyline I thought it would be a good time to write a quick blog on why buy property in Cincinnati.

Beyond just the numbers, I was struck by the vistas that you can get of the city as it is surrounding by hills on all sides.

To document this for those who doubt, this is the picture I took from my hotel room (with a $150 camera)….seriously!

I’d encourage all of you to visit…although for those of you from warmer climates, I’d recommend waiting until spring
