“Dear Ed and Chad,

This program and the opportunities it has opened up for Libby and I are just tremendous! Have you ever heard of the saying “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear?” Well, that is what happened when you told me about this program.

Here is the story: I am 62 years old right now and have worked hard all my life. In our real estate business, Libby and I have worked many 7 day weeks over the years to provide the best service possible to our clients. Over the years we have made a good living but have not taken the steps we knew we should be taking to create the personal cash flow we will need to be able to retire when we want.
