“Dear Ed and Chad,
I wanted to take a moment to tell you how happy Libby and I are with your Preferred 10/10 Program! This program and the opportunities it has opened up for Libby and I are just tremendous! Have you ever heard of the saying “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear?” Well, that is what happened when you told me about this program.
Here is the story: I am 62 years old right now and have worked hard all my life. In our real estate business, Libby and I have worked many 7 day weeks over the years to provide the best service possible to our clients. Over the years we have made a good living but have not taken the steps we knew we should be taking to create the personal cash flow we will need to be able to retire when we want. I am establishing my business relationships and we are in escrow on our first property that has been rehabed, is rented and will be producing positive cash flow immediately. This property is in a location that has been researched thoroughly by 37 Parallel. I did not have to spend months or years finding the right location myself!
It is our intention to take every opportunity to accelerate the process so that Libby and I can retire in half the normal time of the program’s typical duration. That is another great thing about this program. It can be accelerated to fit the needs and abilities of the participant.
Finally, and very important is the wonderful attention and care you two provide in the training and ongoing mentoring process. Having two investors who have already gone through the process and have been extremely successful at it and who care about their mentees and want them to succeed as well is the icing on the cake.
